As mentioned in other reviews, you do feel like you’re getting a good amount of energy from the 85 mg of caffeine and the focus is delivered for sure. I am used to higher stim pres and wasn’t expecting to get that. The focus with this is real and I was happy with the pump. Would recommend. The grape flavor also really great.

Best pump pre in the pre workout industry

Get PMPD is my favorite pre workout. The pumps I get are like no other. The focus is laser sharp and you also get enough energy from 85mg of caffeine. Most companies just do high stim or non and like this has just enough. If train later in the day this won’t keep you up at night.

Blown away with the taste of cherry taffy! The scooper is big for even bigger pumps. After taking one scoop, I was energized and extremely focused. If you are a late-night lifter, I highly recommend this pre-workout. With only 85 mg of caffeine, you burn through it during your workout and can fall asleep as soon as you get home.

How many calories, carbs or other sweetner alternatives with a glycemic index are in a scoop? I practice IF, count calories and generally want to keep track of what I'm consuming.

Great question! Our GET PMPD pre-workout contains zero calories and zero carbs. As for sweeteners, we use sucralose, which is calorie-free and has a glycemic index of zero. This means it won't interfere with your intermittent fasting or affect your blood sugar levels.
