Prove It: ZIM FIT October Newsletter 2026

The 30 Rep Club is live, express shipping is still on us, and the new Tools tab gives you a PR calculator, a KG to LB converter, a 30 Rep tracker, and a pre-workout comparison built around your own label.

The October ZIM FIT newsletter is about proof. A challenge card in your box that asks you to show the work, shipping that gets your tub to you before you run out, tools that put real numbers behind your training, and a straight look at what you're getting out of the can in your cupholder. Here's the rundown.

01 — The 30 Rep Club

The 30 Rep Club Is Live

If you've ordered from us recently, you've probably already met the card. It sits in the box next to your tub and the handwritten note, and it asks you for something most supplement orders never do: go prove something to yourself. Bench, squat, and deadlift, thirty reps each, at a weight you pick and write down yourself.

The cards have been going out with orders for a few weeks now, and the #30RepClub posts have started rolling in from people who picked a weight that scared them a little and didn't quit on it. That's the whole point of the number. Rep 12 is comfortable. Rep 22 is where you find out who you are, and getting to 30 is something to be proud of.

We've heard from a lot of you since launch, and we made entering easier without making the challenge any easier. Stories count, not just feed posts. The card doesn't need to be in frame. You don't have to fit all thirty into one clip, either. What hasn't changed is the standard: if you say you did the reps, show the reps. Film the grind, film the ugly ones near the end, tag @zimfitusa, and use #30RepClub. Every month one person who did the work walks away with a free tub of GET FKD or GET PMPD, their pick.

“Thirty reps is the point where most people want to stop. That's exactly why we picked that number.”

Zachary Zimmerly, Founder of ZIM FIT

Pro Tip

Go honest on your first attempt. The weight you write down this month is the number you're chasing next month, and the new 30 Rep tracker on the Tools tab keeps that history for you so you don't have to dig for the card.

02 — Shipping

If Express Gets It There Faster, We Pay for Express

This one doesn't get talked about enough because it's supposed to be invisible. When your order leaves our hands, we look at the options. If upgrading to express or priority shipping means your package lands sooner, we pay for the upgrade. You don't see a surcharge at checkout, and there's no premium tier to unlock. It just happens on every order.

The reasoning is simple. You trusted us with your money, so the least we can do is keep you from refreshing a tracking page for a week while your last scoop runs out. A customer who gets their order fast is a customer who trusts us the next time, and we'd rather spend money on that than on ads trying to win you back.

Hoodie weather math: a ZIM FIT hoodie plus a tub of pre-workout clears the $100 line, so that order ships free, and the express upgrade still applies when it saves you time.

03 — New on the Site

The Tools Tab: Free Training Tools on ZIM FIT

There's a new Tools tab on the website, and none of it requires buying anything. We built these because we kept answering the same questions in DMs and at events, and a good tool answers them better than we can in a text. Bookmark the ones you'll use, send the rest to the training partner who always asks.

TOOL 01

PR Calculator

Plug in a weight and the reps you hit, and get an estimated one rep max without testing a true single. Use it to set working weights and to see whether a rep PR is quietly a strength PR.

Find Your Max
TOOL 02

KG to LB Converter

Kilo plates at a new gym, a program written in pounds, a meet result in kilos. Convert it in a second, and the plate calculator shows you exactly what goes on each side of the bar.

TOOL 03

30 Rep Club Tracker

Log your bench, squat, and deadlift weights for the 30 Rep Club and watch the numbers move month to month. The card in your box gets you started. The tracker keeps the receipts.

TOOL 04

Pre-Workout Comparison

Enter whatever you're using now, powder or ready to drink can, and see the caffeine, the doses, and the cost per serving side by side with the GET FKD and GET PMPD labels.

04 — From the Blog

Trade the Can for the Scoop

Our newest post, Trade the Can for the Scoop, takes an honest look at canned pre-workout and energy drinks. We're not here to knock anybody's can. It's cold, it's next to the register, and there's nothing to mix, which is exactly why so many people who train hard run on it. The trade-off shows up when you flip the can around and read the panel.

A can has a lot less room to work with than a scoop, and the ingredients that drive pump and endurance need real space. L-citrulline works at multiple grams per serving, and beta-alanine research has been built around daily intakes of several grams, according to the International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand on beta-alanine. GET FKD carries 6g pure L-citrulline and 4g beta-alanine in one scoop, and GET PMPD carries 7g pure L-citrulline, 3g GlycerPump, and 3.2g beta-alanine with 85mg caffeine, all on a transparent label with no proprietary blends.

A scoop also gives you control a can can't. Once a can is open the dose is decided for you, while a scoop lets you go half on a late session or a short night of sleep. Then there's the money, which is the part people stop counting because it's only a few bucks at a time.

$2.00
GET FKD Per Serving

$59.99 · 30 full servings

$2.40
GET PMPD Per Serving

$59.99 · 25 full servings

Five sessions a week is 260 sessions a year. At around $3 a can that's roughly $780, and at $2.00 a scoop of GET FKD it's $520, with the full dose on the label every time. Two-tub Bundles & Stacks bring it lower still. If you're coming over from cans, start with half a scoop and find out where you are before you go full.

★★★★★

“I purchased the cherry flavor and it tastes really good. I only took half of a scoop and felt it start working after about 10 minutes. I immediately noticed I had more energy during reps and was able to increase weight on some sets. Didn't notice a crash and not too much tingling.”

Crystal Harris

Can price is a typical single-can retail estimate and varies by store and region.

05 — The Standard

Show the Work

Every piece of this month points the same direction. The card asks you to prove the reps. The shipping proves we meant it when we said we'd take care of you. The tools put real numbers on your training, and the blog hands you a way to check any label, including ours.

Pick a weight that scares you a little, film the set, and tag us. Earned, Not Given.
