Get PMPD is my favorite pre workout. The pumps I get are like no other. The focus is laser sharp and you also get enough energy from 85mg of caffeine. Most companies just do high stim or non and like this has just enough. If train later in the day this won’t keep you up at night.

Never wore a better pump cover than this. Material on this is top tier and super comfortable. Fit perfect and absolute killer design. Hard to not wear this every single day.

This is BY FAR one of the nicest feeling pump covers I own!! I’m 5’8”, 189lbs with a large chest frame and I grabbed myself a 2XL. Sits on the arms mint like you’d want any pump cover to do. Feels roomy and the fabric is of the highest quality made with 100% cotton, made in Bangladesh and 100% hard work!! Oh….and no annoying tags to rip off. ZimFit knows how we like our shirts!! If I could wear this every day I genuinely would, it looks absolutely unreal and the blue logo is just incredible. The shirt is very comfy as well, very good quality. The lads have done a masterpiece here 🖼️🦈

Talked to you guys @ the Arnold this year. Amazing group of people who promote a really really great product. I ordered the cherry taffy The grape slushy wasn’t available. The taste was amazing and It jacked me up and never let me down.I crushed a two hour leg day and never skipped a beat. I’m just disappointed it took me longer than expected to order it but when I did order it, it came in like two days.

Prior to using this I wasn’t a fan of pre workout, after using this I will never not have it in my gym bag.

I usually struggle finding a pre that works that way I expect it to, but FKD's consistency always has me dialed into the right mood and feeling every workout. I really don't have to look for a another pre anymore. This is the one that I don't have guess if I'm going to have a good workout or not. I know I will!

I had the sample a while back and it was good, but I totally forgot how good it tasted until I got this in the mail. It is fantastic… might be the best flavor yet👀🔥💜 felt pmpd for the entire workout. Get fkd is a whole other level of pmpd.
