Get PMPD is my favorite pre workout. The pumps I get are like no other. The focus is laser sharp and you also get enough energy from 85mg of caffeine. Most companies just do high stim or non and like this has just enough. If train later in the day this won’t keep you up at night.

The taste was amazing and It jacked me up and never let me down.I crushed a two hour leg day and never skipped a beat. I’m just disappointed it took me longer than expected to order it but when I did order it, it came in like two days.

I usually struggle finding a pre that works that way I expect it to, but FKD's consistency always has me dialed into the right mood and feeling every workout.
