ProBody Nutrition: The First Store That Believed in ZIM FIT

Russ Brumbaugh's Johnstown supplement shop was the first retailer to put ZIM FIT on the shelf. Here's the store, the town, and the fitness community that backed us before anyone else did.

How ZIM FIT Got Its First Shelf Space

Some people talk about supporting small brands. Russ Brumbaugh actually did it. When ZIM FIT was still proving itself, still earning shelf space one conversation at a time, Russ was the first retailer to stock our product. No massive following required. No waiting to see if we'd blow up first. He looked at the formula, understood the philosophy, and said yes.

That matters. And it's not something we forget.

If you're anywhere near Johnstown, PA, walk through the doors of ProBody Nutrition & Supplement Store at 801 Scalp Ave and tell him ZIM FIT sent you.

What ProBody Nutrition Is

This isn't a chain store with fluorescent lighting and a teenager reading a script. Russ is a certified personal trainer, a natural bodybuilder, and has over 15 years in the fitness industry. His wife Hillary holds a degree in Kinesiology and a Master's in Health Science. They know what they're putting on the shelf and why.

Pro Body opened in December 2016 with a simple thesis: Johnstown needed a nutrition store that actually cared about its customers. Not one that pushed whatever had the fattest margin. One that stocked research-backed products, explained the reasoning behind every recommendation, and charged fair prices.

Education. Integrity. Guidance. That's their motto. It lines up with ZIM FIT's core values for the same reason: this industry has too many brands that don't respect the person buying the product.

They've since expanded into ProBody Wellness Clinic, offering hormone therapy, comprehensive bloodwork, and peptide programs. The evolution from supplement shop to full wellness hub didn't happen by accident. It happened because Russ and Hillary keep learning, keep investing, and keep raising the standard for their community.

Hours are Monday through Friday 11 to 7, Saturday 10 to 2, Sunday 12 to 4. Call or text 814-241-8889. Or just show up.

Johnstown doesn't get the attention that Pittsburgh or Philly gyms get. The people training here aren't doing it for attention. They're doing it because discipline is part of the culture in a town built on steel, floods, and comebacks.
