As a dietary supplement, to assess tolerance, mix ½ serving (½ scoop) with 6-8 oz, of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance is assessed, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 10-12 oz. of cold water 15-30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed serving in a 24 hour period.

Outstanding product

Great bunch of guys with an awesome product!!! I purchased the Get Pumped and love it!! I work long hours and have to work out in the evening. The Get Pumped gives me the best bang to get through the work out but allows me to get to sleep afterwards. I have tried many pre workout products but Zim Fit smokes them all!!!! Great motto too! Zero FK’N Excuses!!

Blown away with the taste of cherry taffy! The scooper is big for even bigger pumps. After taking one scoop, I was energized and extremely focused. If you are a late-night lifter, I highly recommend this pre-workout. With only 85 mg of caffeine, you burn through it during your workout and can fall asleep as soon as you get home.
