Accountability Is The Foundation

Engagement is mandatory. Members are expected to participate through daily check-ins, weekly missions, and active Discord involvement. Long-term inactivity or failure to meet expectations results in loss of status or removal — not as punishment, but to protect standards.

The community is built on focus and respect. No drama. No negativity.

Roles & Progression

Everyone starts at the same point and moves forward through action.

Rookie
New members learning the system. Rookies receive a discount-only code, access to Discord, missions, education, and community support. Commission must be earned.

Operator
Operator status is earned through consistent effort — either meaningful community contribution or sales. Operators unlock commission eligibility, higher accountability, and leadership opportunities.

Advanced Tiers (Specialist, Athlete, Z-Elite)
Progression beyond Operator requires both sales and community contribution, with leadership weighing more than numbers. Standards rise at every level.
