As a dietary supplement, to assess tolerance, mix ½ serving (½ scoop) with 6-8 oz, of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance is assessed, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 10-12 oz. of cold water 15-30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed serving in a 24 hour period.
