As a dietary supplement, to assess tolerance, mix ½ serving (½ scoop) with 6-8 oz, of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance is assessed, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 10-12 oz. of cold water 15-30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed serving in a 24 hour period.

Blown away with the taste of cherry taffy! The scooper is big for even bigger pumps. After taking one scoop, I was energized and extremely focused. If you are a late-night lifter, I highly recommend this pre-workout. With only 85 mg of caffeine, you burn through it during your workout and can fall asleep as soon as you get home.

Best low stim ever!

I am not generally a fan of low stim preworkouts but this is by far the exception! Great pump with a surprising amount of energy for such a low caffeine amount! And the flavors are amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Best Pump and low stim pre in the game.

This pre definitely delivered with a great pump, focus and energy with only 85mg of caffeine. Flavor and mix ability was good. This pre is stacked with ingredients at clinical dosages.
