GET FKD INGREDIENTS

As a dietary supplement, to assess tolerance, mix ½ serving (½ scoop) with 6-8 oz, of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance is assessed, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 10-12 oz. of cold water 15-30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed serving in a 24 hour period.

This is by far the best pre workout I have taken , I’m still full of energy and focus and I have no crash , I been taking preworkout for many years now and I can honestly say this should be preworkout of the year and be sitting with the other top preworkouts
